I have searched and discovered these secrets that can help elevate your success to an outstanding one. Exploring the secrets of success helps you lay hold on outstanding success.

Do and Dare: the person who gets farthest according to dale Carnegie, is generally the one who is willing to do and dare. Are you daring to do the impossible? If you do not dare the impossible you remain ordinary. The impossible stretches you and shows you what you can become. Many have lost a glimpse of what they want to become because they do not take steps. It takes rigorous steps in attaining success. Though difficulties and challenges may take us off our dreams, it’s important to make meaning of these challenges by daring to dream again. Allow yourself to dare to dream big. Dare to bring the change you want to see in your world. The should be a driving force that makes you dare to attempt new things. 

Double the rate of your failure: this is a simple formula to success; when you make mistake, you learn from it and these mistakes will step your success. Mistakes are new ways of doing things or ways things shouldn’t done. You stumble and stumble until your stumble prepares you for success. Successful people today all failed at one point but they learn from it and moved on. Failure isn’t our end route for our hopes and desires. Risk failure to get success. Failure only shows you that your determination to succeed was not strong enough. They have a burning desire to see their goals realized. Without a desire, you won’t have the motivation to accomplish your goals. Your will to succeed is what generates in you the thirst to succeed. Your will infuses strength in you. When you WILL to succeed, you will succeed. Your will blind folds you to see obstacles. When there is a will there will be a way.  

You need determination and commitment: desire is the key to motivation but determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goals. When you are determined, you can accomplish more than a thousand people who are just interested. You have to latch on, and refuse to let go. Desire, determination and commitment will strategically position your success.

Vision is necessary: you must ponder success. Only through pondering success will you create the desire to make success a reality. You must have a clear vision of what you are about to achieve. a person who has no vision has no direction and one who has no direction takes any path as a road. Vision keeps you focused. With vision, you are dared to step out and do the extra ordinary. Successful people are people who do not dream with their eyes closed.
