YOUR SELF WORTH MATTERS





This article is carefully written and born out of the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Let’s come back home. I mean into ourselves and amend those things that do not need a space to strive. I am here to tell you how special and unique you are irrespective of who you are, what you have, your color, race, and ethnicity. It really doesn’t matter. All that matters is solely YOU.
     Have you lost your self-confidence by an incident or perhaps someone? It’s all well now. Join me on this train were I would be unleashing all you need to know about self-confidence and how to build and boost your confidence.

LETS BEGIN:
   Self-confident people are admired by others and they inspire the confidence in others too. They face challenges head on and are ready to go the extra miles to get what they want.

This subject matter is something that no one else can give you but self.

WHAT CAUSES LOW SELF CONFIDENCE.
-         Your thoughts: you become what you think
-         Friends: they could either be the compliment of your self-confidence or killers of it.
-         Incidents: some incidents might have taken your self-confidence away but you can still find and get it back. It’s in your past now and that’s where it will remain.
     
2 KINDS OF MOTIVATION FOR SELF CONFIDENCE.
-         Self- motivation
This shows that your confidence is within. It’s built by self. You need no one to make you see yourself as special because you simply know that you are the most amazing person on earth. This confidence lasts and sustains through good and hard times. “Be your source of confidence; do not allow anyone dictate your self-worth”.

-         People’s motivation
This applies to you drawing your self-confidence from people around you. Only their word adds meaning to your life; this shouldn’t be. What would happen to you the day you can’t draw strength to live from them? That isn’t being fair to you. This motivation cannot sustain you instead it will take a lot from you because you would always seek for people to help boost your self-worth. Motivate yourself by YOURSELF.

HOW TO BUILD OR BOOST YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE
These tips are to help you build back or boost your self-confidence. Your gender is not inferior to self-confidence.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
The first step is to believe in you. Know yourself worth, so no one tells you what you are not. There is an inner strength when you believe in yourself and you can face the world. The world might not believe in you even your family but yourself belief is superior are all that is needed.

BE POSITIVE ALWAYS
Clear negative thoughts off your mind. These negative thoughts could destroy your self-confidence then you begin to feel inferior to others. You are subject to what you think. Until you think positive and live positive, you cannot be. Tell yourself in the face of challenges “this can be done”. This word of positivism heals faster than you can ever imagine.

INTERACTION WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE
It seems it’s high time you disconnect yourself from those friends that kill your self-worth and confidence. Your interaction or communication should be with people of like minds, with those who see greatness in you and appreciate it.

YOUR SELF IMAGE
How do you see yourself? Your physical appearance, posture etc. Do you allow people tell you how you should look in order to please them and displease yourself? Knowing the way you see yourself physically goes a long way in helping you build yourself confidence. Push your shoulders back a little, put up an attractive smile and you can feel how confident you are. Speak slowly when talking, it shows that you are confident of what you are saying. Look neat, nice and presentable. With these you can win people over.

STAY ON TOP
Life is full of challenges and there are times when it's difficult to keep our self-confidence up. Sit down right now and make a list of all the things in your life that you are thankful for, and another list of all the things you have accomplished. Once your lists are complete, post them on your refrigerator door, on the wall, by your desk, on your bathroom mirror--somewhere where you can easily be reminded of what an amazing life you have and what an amazing person you really are. If you feel your self-confidence dwindling, take a look at those lists and let yourself feel and be inspired all over again by you.

BE PREPARED
Be prepared always to keep your confidence soaring higher. Try to attain the best in whatever you do. Staying prepared gives you an edge over people who try to be little you.

LEARN FROM OTHERS
Read books, watch movies, that depicts self-confidence. Have a model who you admire his/her self-confidence. This will consciously or unconsciously help you boost or build yours.

Hmmm.. I hope I have been able to help you…keep this in heart that you are just amazing the way you are. Boost your self-confidence and be happy you did.
